If these conditions are met and you haven't achieved measurable progress within 12 weeks, I'll continue sessions at no charge until you reach your target or we identify factors requiring medical intervention.

I promise to help you achieve a 30% reduction in your self-rated pain levels within 4 sessions, provided you:

I promise to help you reduce your anxiety in your chosen social scenario by at least 2 points on a 0-10 scale within 5 sessions, provided you:

- • Are not dealing with clinical anxiety disorders requiring medical treatment
If these conditions are met and you don't achieve this reduction, I'll continue working with you at no charge until you do, or refer you for additional support if needed.

I promise to help you achieve sleep-onset within 30 minutes and reduce night wakings by 30% within 3 weeks, provided you:
